Delivery Details

Delivery is FREE ON ALL ORDERS OVER £150 in value for all deliveries throughout the main land UK, with a charge of £7.95 made on orders under this total.

Sorry - We can not ship to Northern Island, Isle of Man, and offshore now due to excessive costs of carriage.

The Highlands & Islands of Scotland have to carry an additional flat rate charge of £19.95 per order, although the majority of Scotland is not affected by this. Please contact us if you are not sure.

These extra charges are due to the high shipping costs to these areas, although we have subsidised these costs as much as possible. For best value on your deliveries, we recommend placing larger, less frequent orders or club together with other gardeners.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery is 3-5 working days for all items in stock/season, but please allow upto 10-15 working days.

For priority 24hr, next working day delivery please call 08000 33 61 61 between 10am and 3pm Monday to Friday, and we'll be pleased to help where we can, however, please be aware that there is an extra charge of £14.95 for orders shipped on this service.

You may notice that some items on the site are for ordering in advance of their delivery season. These delivery periods are stated throughout the site where applicable, so it is easy to spot if something you like the look of will not arrive straight away. The plants will be despatched at the appropriate planting time.

If you order a range of items with overlapping delivery seasons, for your convenience, we will hold off delivering in dribs and draps, so they can all be shipped together. You'll receive an email when we are shipping the order, and occassional reminders to let you know we have not forgotten about your advanced order, but are simply waiting for the best time to plant.

If you've spotted some plants you would like that have a overlapping delivery times, but would prefer to receive those that are immediately available straight away, we suggest placing separate orders. That way, we can deliver your shrubs now, and your Spring bedding plants when they are ready, so you won't have to wait.

If you do place an order containing plants with overlapping delivery periods, but contact us because you change your mind about having them shipped altogether, we will split the order into the items that can be delivered right away, and those that follow at a later time. The standard delivery charge will then be made against each shipment that will be required.
