Important Delivery Information for the Christmas & New Year Period

Last Orders for Shipment and delivery Prior to Christmas: 21st December

Current dispatch times for all Christmas ranges are around 1-2 working days. If you order something on Tuesday 20th, we will ship it the same day or Wedensday the 21st.... so don't panic if you still need to buy some last minute presents!

Earlier ordering is always recommended, if you place an order on Thursday 22nd before 3pm, we can not guarantee delivery, but will do our best to get your order to you in time. If you order late, the order should still arrive before the New Year.

Need something next day?

Please call 08448 044 253 during office hours to check availability and delivery times if you need something for Christmas and are unsure if we can deliver in time. If you need something next day and in a hurry, it shouldn't be a problem.

Can I order from you over the festive Period?

We welcome orders placed over the Christmas & New Year Period. When we return to the nursery refreshed from the festive Holidays, we like to have plenty of orders waiting for us! So keep an eye on the site over the 12 days of Christmas for some festive bargains. Everyday, we will have a special "Deal of the Day" offer, which will be valid for just 24hrs!

Please be aware that the last shipment of plants and products prior to Christmas will be made on 23rd December, and all orders placed after this time will not commence shipping again until the new year (first working week of January!)
