GENERAL INFORMATION

As an online business we no longer operate a telephone ordering or customer support service. This is to ensure we are fully compliant with new data protection legislation that comes in to force in May 2018.

MY DELIVERY IS TAKING LONGER THAN EXPECTED

Please don't worry we haven't forgotten you, or your lovely plants! We estimate dispatch times may take slightly longer during this busy period.

DO allow us a minimum of 10 to 15 working days at the moment to process your order before contacting us, as reply times are greatly extended. (If you do message before 15 working days have expired then you may receive an automated response.)

THE ORDER THAT I HAVE RECEIVED IS NOT AS I EXPECTED

If you have received plants and need to contact us then please follow the process below:

  • Unpack all your plants first.
  • Take photographs of the actual plants you wish to ask us about. Make sure the photos that you take are of viewable quality (i.e. not blurry, and show both the whole plant and any specifics).
  • So that we can filter your enquiry to the correct member of the team please add one of the following sets of details to the title of your enquiry.
    • DELIVERY - ORDER No: with order number here
    • PROBLEM WITH ORDER RECEIVED - ORDER No: with order number here
    • RETURNS - ORDER No: with order number here
    • PLANT QUESTION
    • OTHER - with ORDER No (if order related): with order number here
  • We will need your order reference, your post code, your telephone number, a full description of your enquiry, and the photo(s) that you took above.
