This is a fantastic newer type of Aquilegia. It will not grow as tall as traditional Columbine varieties, but is equally, if not more so spectacular in its own right.

Often known as Grannys Bonnet, these plants are differents to regular Aquilegia in that the flowers they produce are spurless, double and upward facing.

This plant is therefore useful at the front of a border, especially when planted en-mass for early Spring impact. The flowers bear a strong resemblance to Clematis blooms, hence the series name Clementine.

Supplied in approx 2-3 Litre containers.
