The Rose 'Tea Clipper' forms a bushy shrub of medium size with an upright growing habit.
Nodding flowers are a rich apricot in colour and very beautiful, displayed as a classically quartered informal rosette. These adorn the shrub through Summer and early Autumn and give a very elegant appearance as they sway in the breeze. Like all the David Austin ® Shrub Roses, the blooms produce a good fragrance. Tea Clipper does not disappoint, with an unusual yet a very delicious combination of tea, myrrh and fruit flavoured fragrance.
If you don't like thorns, you'll love Tea Clipper, as it is almost completely thornless. Thorn free varieties make the tasks of pruning and planting just that little more pleasurable, with few worries about scratches!
Supplied in approx 5-6 litre containers.
