A delightful English shrub rose, 'Eglantyne' was named after Eglantyne Jebb, founder of the 'Save the Children' charity, and it is considered by many to be one of the most beautiful of all the David Austin Roses.
Producing large, light-pink flowers with the outer petals turning upwards to create an exquisite looking saucer of smaller petals, this really is a very attractive rose. The beautiful flower are accompanied with a sweet and delicate traditional old fashioned rose fragrance.
Eglantyne forms a compact bush, with growth reaching a height of around 3-4ft when mature. The disease resistant foliage forms a lovely back drop to the flowers, making this shrub an excellent choice for your garden.
Supplied in approx 5-6 litre containers.
