Fragrant, star-shaped, white flowers with tiny, yellow centres from June to September and glossy, dark green leaves.
This jasmine-scented evergreen to semi-evergreen climber is valuable for covering sheltered walls or for growing through other shrubs or climbers. The tiny purple-black autumn berries contrast well with the decorative seedheads of late flowering clematis. Not one to grow if children with wandering hands are around, as the plant is harmful if eaten, and those berries can be oh-so-tempting to tiny hands.
Large vigorous plants, in flower in season, supplied in approx 3-4 litre containers.
