Can I order from you over the festive Period?

We welcome orders placed over the Christmas & New Year Period.

Please be aware that the last shipment of plants and products prior to Christmas will be made on Thursday 21st of December (for orders placed by 11:59pm on 20th December), and all orders placed after this time will not commence shipping again until the New Year (first working week of January!)

When we return to the nursery refreshed from the festive Holidays, we like to have plenty of orders waiting for us! So keep an eye on the site over the 12 days of Christmas for some festive bargains. Every day, we will have special offers to celebrate the festive period and the New Year!

Customer Support during the Festive Period

If you do need to contact us during the Christmas and New Year period then we will be looking after our customers via our contact form, however this will only be monitored sporadically over the holiday period. We will return to the office on 2nd January 2024 and be in touch then should you leave us a query whilst we are closed to provide our hard working team a well earned rest.

DELIVERY OF CHRISTMAS ORDERS

** For guaranteed dispatch before Christmas please place orders by 20th December 2023 **

 Orders placed after this time may be shipped, but we cannot guarantee delivery on or by the 24th as this is in the hands of the courier networks.

If you are awaiting an order for Christmas that you have placed prior to our last orders cut off, there is no need to panic, as we dispatch many of our ranges in batches in the week leading up to Christmas so expect your goodies soon.

Earlier ordering is always recommended, if you place an order after our dead line we cannot guarantee delivery, but will do our best to get your order to you in time - we aim to ship all orders placed after this time using a reliable delivery service so that your package of goodies should arrive before Christmas Eve all being well with our couriers, but we cannot guarantee this. If you order late, the order will still be dispatched and arrive in due course.
