Courgette 'Genovese' is a traditional Italian variety recognised for its smooth, dark green fruits and great taste. It produces tender courgettes with a mild, nutty flavour that are ideal for grilling, roasting, or adding to pasta dishes. It grows quickly and yields well. Ideal for both home chefs and kitchen gardeners.
After the last frost, plant in full sunlight with fertile, well-drained soil. Water often and pick when the fruits are 15-20cm long for the best flavour and to encourage continuous cropping. Plant alongside basil or nasturtiums for natural pest control and a prolific, Mediterranean-style vegetable garden. Ideal for borders, raised beds, and large containers.
Supplied in approx. 9cm pots.
