Agastache ‘Liquorice White’ is a refined perennial that produces elegant spikes of creamy white flowers above aromatic foliage with a distinctive liquorice scent. Flowering from midsummer until the first frosts, its luminous blooms brighten borders while attracting a steady stream of bees and butterflies throughout the season. The petals and leaves can be eaten and lend a strong aromatic flavour to cakes, cooking or salads and the flowers look fab in a cocktails.
Ideal for cottage gardens, wildlife borders and container displays, this graceful variety pairs beautifully with purple and blue flowering perennials. Plant in full sun and well-drained soil, avoiding areas prone to winter waterlogging. Deadhead spent flowers to encourage fresh blooms and cut back in spring once new growth appears. Easy to maintain and highly floriferous, Liquorice White adds elegance and fragrance to the garden.
