Allium Violet Beauty - Pack of 8 Bulbs

Product ref: BR22502

Availability: Out of stock

Allium 'Violet Beauty' brings architectural elegance to the late spring garden. It showcases globe-shaped heads made up of hundreds of starry, soft purple florets. Its tall, upright stems allow it to rise above surrounding plants, adding texture and vertical interest to borders and mixed displays.

Flowering in late spring to early summer, this ornamental cultivar thrives in full sun and well-drained soil. Plant bulbs 15 cm deep and space them 15 cm apart for the best effect. Leave the faded heads in place for added structural interest or cut for use in dried arrangements. 'Violet Beauty' is a pollinator magnet and performs well in both formal plantings and naturalistic schemes.

The flowers of this Allium are also edible, making a great addition to seasonal salads.
