Ammi Majus - Bishop's Flower

Product ref: P28794

Availability: In stock

Ammi majus (Bishop's Flower) is an upright and elegant annual producing large, lace-like umbels of tiny white flowers from early summer to September. Resembling delicate clouds floating above finely divided, fern-like foliage, the blooms bring a light, airy quality to borders and cutting gardens. A favourite with florists and garden designers alike, this pollinator-friendly plant attracts hoverflies and butterflies while adding structure, texture and movement to summer displays.

Bishop's Flower is easy to grow and blends beautifully amongst other flowering plants, weaving naturally through borders without overwhelming its neighbours. Regular watering during prolonged dry spells will help maintain healthy growth, while leaving some flower heads to set seed may encourage natural self-seeding in suitable conditions. Plant in full sun or partial shade and well-drained soil for the best results.

Supplied in approx. 1 litre containers.
