Aquilegia Rose Barlow

Known by many as Rose Barlow Columbine, Aquilegia 'Rose Barlow' dazzles with its deep rose pink, double-spurred blooms that nod and are framed by soft, green foliage. From late spring to early summer, this lovely perennial blooms profusely, adding a delicate and beautiful touch to any landscape. It's ideal for mid-border planting or as an accent in a forest garden, growing up to 80 cm in height. Although 'Rose Barlow' prefers partial shade, it may tolerate full sun as long as the soil is wet and well-drained. It requires very little maintenance; regular deadheading to promote more blooms and infrequent watering during dry times are beneficial.
