Asparagus Fern - Asparagus Sprengerii
Availability: In stock
Asparagus Fern (Asparagus sprengerii) is a popular houseplant, and we can see why!. It is easy to care for, and it's prized for its soft, delicate, feathery green foliage, which brings exquisite texture to any indoor space. Despite its common name, it is not a true fern, making it more tolerant of a range of household conditions. Its graceful, cascading habit makes it ideal for shelves, plant stands and hanging pots, where it creates a lush, tropical feel. Under the right conditions, it may also produce small, fragrant white flowers followed by decorative red berries.
Thriving in bright, indirect light, asparagus Fern prefers consistently moist soil and higher humidity; the perfect conditions for bathrooms, kitchens and windowsills. Feed with balanced houseplant fertiliser every few weeks during spring and summer to encourage healthy, vibrant growth and trim back older stems to maintain a neat, bushy appearance. Pair with foliage favourites like peace lilies or calatheas to create a stylish indoor plant display.
Supplied in approx. 12cm-14cm pot.
