Azalea japonica Hino Crimson - Evergreen Japanese Azalea

Azalea 'Hino Crimson' is an ever popular, Japanese shrub. Prized for it's small, crimson flowers which smother the plant during Spring. This outstanding plant is evergreen, keeping it's foliage all-year round and the small, glossy green leaves often take on flushes of red during Winter. A fantastic plant for planting en-masse to give an impressive display of colour. Due to it's small nature, it is also perfect for growing in a container or for that small, tricky space in your garden.

A fairly compact shrub, growing to a maximum of around 80cms in 10 years time. Prefers slightly acidic, moist yet well-drained compost. Azalea 'Hino Crimson' is a fully hardy, easy-to-grow shrub that will create a spectacular display wherever you choose to plant it!
