Azalea Rhododendron Encore 'Starburst'

Encore Azaleas, also known as Dwarf Rhododendrons are a special new series of Japanese evergreen Azalea that flower twice each year. Starburst produces vibrant coral-pink shaded flowers are sure to put a smile on your face. Flowering during the spring and in to early summer, these compact evergreen shrubs repeat bloom again in the Autumn - a unique trait in Azaleas making them perfect for borders, garden beds or containers.

Reaching 80-90cm (around 3ft tall), this variety can be also be planted in partly shaded areas of your garden. Thriving in moist,well-draining soil, if you need to prune, clip immediately after the spring flowering.
