Begonia Tuberous 'Illumination' Lemon

Product ref: PP27837

Availability: Out of stock

Begonia 'Illumination Lemon' is a radiant choice for brightening up summer displays with its soft, lemon-yellow blooms that fall elegantly from baskets, containers, and window boxes. The large, ruffled flowers appear in abundance from early summer through to the first frosts, standing out beautifully against deep green, serrated foliage. With its vigorous trailing habit and long flowering season, it’s ideal for creating a soft, glowing effect in shaded and part-shaded areas of the garden.

Plant in a position with partial shade and well-drained, moisture-retentive compost. Water consistently during dry periods and feed every couple of weeks with a high-potash fertiliser to encourage continuous blooming. Deadheading is not needed, as this variety is self-cleaning. For a striking contrast, pair with plants bearing purple or burgundy foliage, or with deep blue lobelia for a cool-toned combination.

Supplied in approx. 10.5cm pots.
