Dahlia Polka - Extra Special Variety
Availability: In stock
Dahlia Polka is a rare find, with a stunning anemone style flower. It is extremely decorative with light pink petals that have an unusual purple-red margin on the outer edges. These surround a bright golden yellow centre, making for an unforgettable combination. Polka also produces loads of flowers, and these are carried on strong upright stems that stand well above the foliage - these unusual blooms are not lost and hidden amongst the leaves. The flowers are so beautifully detailed that we are pretty sure you will want to cut some to enjoy indoors. This is not a problem, as like all Dahlias, the flowers from Polka will last well in a vase. Our specially selected tubers will produce fantastic quality plants that will quickly reach a height of around 90cms (3ft). This Dahlia is perfect for the middle of a border where it will provide a long season of colour from mid-summer though until autumn, why not add the exotic touch of Dahlias to your garden?
Ready to plant and flower beautifully this summer, these are what we pot up on the nursery to make large flowering plants in the summer, that sell in the garden centres for around £10+ each! Why not get these and enjoy growing them in your garden from the word go at a fraction of the price?
