Chamaecyparis lawsoniana Ivonne

This evergreen conifer produces striking, lemon-yellow new growth which matures to yellow-green with age. It is a fully upright form with a columnar growth habit that makes an attractive individual specimen plant. If you are after hedging, Chamaecyparis lawsoniana 'Ivonne' can also be used to produce a dense screen which is ideal for providing privacy or just some protection from strong winds.

The attractively coloured foliage is tolerant of strong winds and city pollution, and responds well to trimming.
