Chilli Pepper Plant 'Zebrange'

Product ref: VEG26359

Availability: In stock

This rare striped chilli with fiery flair, Capsicum annuum ‘Zebrange’, originates from South America and is instantly recognisable by its unusual fruits marked with vivid red stripes over a warm orange base. These pendant, lantern-shaped chillies not only bring ornamental appeal but also deliver a satisfying medium-to-hot heat, making them as useful in the kitchen as they are decorative on the plant.

Thriving in a sunny, sheltered position with rich, moist, well-drained soil, this variety benefits from regular watering and consistent feeding with a balanced fertiliser, switching to a high-potash feed once flowering begins. Pinch out the growing tips early to encourage a bushier habit and improved fruiting, while light trimming helps maintain shape and airflow. An excellent option for adding visual drama to patios or containers while still producing a rewarding crop for fresh use and homemade sauces.

Supplied in approx. 9cm pots.
