Producing spectacular flowers, Manju Clematis will delight with its fantastic flowers over an unbelievably long season. The inspirational flowers are large, around the size of your palm, all in a whitish creamy colouration. Like it's sister variety 'Taiga' the flowers will transition through different stages before they open completely.

Firstly, the petals break out of the bud to open like a bowl. They stretch far from the center of the flower and look like an unfilled flower. Then, more petals unfold piece by piece and make the flower appear half-filled. Now comes the 3rd stage, when the flower is fully developed, a multitude of petals radiate outwards from the center of the flower. The end result is a huge double flower that is very beautiful.

This gradual blooming ensures a spectacular sight in every phase and a grandiose blooming spectacle in the garden. The flowers of the clematis 'Manju' appear over several months and decorate the green foliage. This enchanting clematis is a climbing plant that will reach around 2-3 metres high, with the irresistible flowers creating an extravagant display in any garden that really catches your eye.

As soon as the first rays of sun appear in early spring, the fast growing Clematis 'Manju' begins to shoot. The beautiful clematis thrives best in a sunny to partially shaded location and will do best scrambling over a pergola, trellises, rose arch or even an old tree stump.
