Coreopsis Li"l Bang "Starlight"

With its immense, daisy-like flowers, Coreopsis 'Li'l Bang "Starlight"', a beautiful member of the Li'l Bang line, makes a delightful show. Its blooms have a distinctive design that makes for a dramatic show from early summer to autumn. The blooms are composed of white petals with a vivid red eye that fades to pink in cooler temperatures. This type is small and sturdy, growing to a low height of approximately 30 cm, which makes it ideal for planting in front of borders, in containers, or as a colourful ground cover. Though well-drained soil is ideal, this hardy perennial grows well in full sun and tolerates a wide range of soil types. Once established, it can withstand drought, which makes it a great option for low-water gardens. "Starlight" requires little upkeep as well.
