Cotoneaster rothschildianus is a beautiful, semi-evergreen shrub or small tree known for its attractive golden-yellow berries and glossy green leaves. In early June, it produces clusters of tiny, white, nectar-rich blooms that entice bees and other pollinators. By October, they are replaced by plentiful, bright yellow berries that last into the winter, providing dramatic seasonal beauty and a significant food source for birds.

Rothschildianus thrives in well-drained soil and full sun to moderate shade. It is hardy, low-maintenance, and tolerant of urban pollution, making it suitable for wildlife gardens, hedging, or as a display shrub. Light trimming in late winter will maintain the form clean and promote healthy development. Plant beside Cornus or Euonymus for a vibrant and bird-friendly winter display of colour and contrast.

Supplied as strong bare root trees.
