Deutzia 'Raspberry Sundae'

Deutzia 'Raspberry Sundae' is a new compact form of Deutzia, a flowering shrub with fascinating flowers with purple-pink buds opening to white flushed pink. It is a very pretty flowering shrub, that will add late spring and early summer colour to the border with its pretty clusters of pink and white star-shaped flowers.

These Deutzia shrubs are sought-after by pollinating insects including bees and may have a light scent. Will reach as high as 150cm if left un-pruned, but prune hard after flowering to keep as a dwarf shrub of 100cms. Once established it is quite easy to look after and as it does not get too big, meaning it can even be grown in a large patio planter. Supplied in approx. 1-2 litre containers.
