Euonymus alatus compactus - Burning Bush

The variety is Euonymus alatus of the 'Compactus,' popularly known as the Burning Bush. This highly ornamental, deciduous shrub is noted for its vivid autumnal colouration; it comes planted in a generously sized 4-5L pot. Ideal for the gardener who desires to provide a fiery red spectacle in their landscape this fall. The plant retains its brilliant green colour through the spring and summer when the foliage changes to a stunningly dramatic colour before dropping.

'Compactus' can be adapted to a lot of host garden settings: it makes a fine border, foundation planting, or stand-alone specimen plant for the garden in full sun to partial shade.
