Fig - Ficus carica Osborn's Prolific

This is a really interesting fruit tree to add to your garden. It is a vigorous grower, making it very rewarding to watch over the seasons. It has dark green leaves that beautifully complement the reddish-purple fruit. The fruit is sweet and ready to eat fresh from the tree from late summer into autumn. The dark green foliage matures into golden-yellow in the autumn. These golden leaves will fall for the winter, ready for the gorgeous green growth of the spring.

Grow this tree in full sun in moist, well-drained soil.
