Hydrangea arborescens Ruby Annabel is a fast growing deciduous shrub with large balls of raspberry-pink-ruby flowers in summer. Hydrangea arborescens 'Ruby Annabel' grows lovely big flower heads as large as a football and many will tell you it is the most beautiful of all the hydrangeas. It is certainly the one with perhaps the strongest upright stems that can handle almost any wind and weather! Light green leaves turn yellow in autumn before they fall.
