Loropetalum chinensis Fire Dance - Chinese Witch Hazel

This magnificent evergreen shrub is a rare find that will look spectacular in your garden and deserves to be much better known. The numerous bright pink flowers, which appear in spring, and often again in late summer contrast well with the dark purple-bronze hued foliage that provides fabulous year round colour. Loropetalum are also known as Chinese Witch Hazel and will do best in a slightly sheltered spot in full sun on well drained soil.

The flowers of Loropetalum chinense rubrum 'Fire Dance' are also delicately scented, adds to its charm of this handsome hardy shrub that will provide a dazzling display in spring, and a beautiful backdrop to other plants through the rest of the year
