Lychnis chalcedonica - Jerusalem or Maltese Cross

Dazzling, dense heads of star shaped, orange scarlet flowers on stiff stems in early and mid summer and mid green leaves. Jerusalem cross is an ideal, tall plant for a moist, well-drained, sunny border based on 'hot' colours. As long as the spent blooms are cut back after flowering it will produce a second flush of flowers in late-summer. Supplied in Supplied in a 1 litre container.
