If you love the highly popular and well known Verbena bonariensis, but find it is simply just too tall for your garden, or perhaps you have planting scheme in mind where you'd like to get the same effect but simply wish it were shorter, Lollipop is the answer!

Verbena bonariensis Lollipop is a very special low growing selection that is perfect for planting near the front of the border, in patio planters and above low growing ground hugging plants.

Just as stylish as its larger counterpart, creating great visual impact, Lollipop is incredibly eye catching and will provide an outstanding display from early summer to the first hard frosts of winter.

It boasts the same tight clusters of floating purple flowers, is hardy and easy to grow, but whereas Verbena bonariensis can reach a height of 6ft, Lollipop never get as lofty with plants growing to around 2ft x 2ft.

The plants are very uniform with an open an airy look and as an added bonus will also attract butterflies to the glowing blooms.
