Acer palmatum Wilson's Pink Dwarf - Japanese Maple
This fantastic variety of Acer, also known as Japanese Maple, provides a wealth of garden interest all year round.
Wilson’s Pink Dwarf’ is a compact, slow-growing variety valued for its refined habit and exceptional seasonal colour, making it ideal for small gardens, patios, and containers.
This acer’s finely dissected, palmate leaves emerge in spring in soft blush-pink tones, gently washed with coral and light green, creating an airy, almost translucent effect.
As the season progresses, the foliage deepens into warmer rose and red shades through summer, before reaching a dramatic peak in autumn when the leaves glow in scarlet and crimson.
Thriving in a sheltered position with moist, free-draining, slightly acidic soil, this elegant maple prefers dappled shade or gentle morning sun and is prized for bringing structure, colour, and a sense of calm, Japanese-inspired beauty to the garden.
Supplied in approx. 3 litre containers.
