A charming deciduous shrub, Hydrangea macrophylla 'Renate' is distinguished by its magnificent, huge mophead blooms that range in colour from deep blue to violet, depending on the acidity of the soil. With abundant blooms that last from early summer to autumn, this cultivar has a long flowering season. Even when not in bloom, its rich, green foliage gives your garden complexity and interest while serving as the ideal backdrop for the vibrant flowers.
