Gazania New Day Rose Stripe
Gazania plants (also known as Sun Daisy) are popular annuals or perennials, originating from South Africa. These hardy plants are perfect for adding a pop of colour to sunny borders, sandy soils, rockeries, and containers where their beauty can be experienced up close. Gazania New Day Rose Stripe, a distinctive member of our collection, showcases striking white petals elegantly brushed with soft rose-pink stripes radiating from a dark central disc. The large blooms open fully in sunshine, creating a dazzling display that lasts from late spring through to summer.
This drought-tolerant variety thrives in full sun and well-drained soil. It also does well in situations that other plants might find difficult, including coastal or rocky regions. Water-wise gardens might choose this low-maintenance option because of its resistance to dry weather. Remove faded flowers regularly to encourage further blooms and water sparingly once established. Pair with verbena for a vibrant summer display.
Supplied in approx. 9cm pots.
