Geranium 'Balcony Marcada Dark Red' is a striking, trailing pelargonium ideal for hanging baskets, window boxes, and tall containers. It features deep red, semi-double blooms with a velvety finish, above dark green foliage that stays neat and tidy throughout the season. Flowering reliably from late spring until the first frosts, this variety brings bold colour and a classic look to sunny garden spaces. Its cascading habit makes it perfect for creating overflowing summer displays with minimal upkeep.

Plant in full sun in well-drained compost. Water regularly but avoid waterlogging, and feed fortnightly with a high-potash fertiliser to encourage continuous flowering. Deadhead spent blooms to keep plants looking fresh and vibrant all season long. Excellent for pairing with silver-leaved or trailing white companions for a traditional summer display.
