Bring elegance to your summer garden with Sunflower Vanilla Ice, a lovely variety that produces masses of creamy pale-yellow blossoms with dark centres. Unlike towering sunflowers, this branching species grows to a moderate height of around 1.2-1.5 metres, making it suitable for borders, cottage gardens, and cut flower bouquets. Pollinators love it, and it provides a beautiful touch to the typical sunflower appearance.

Grow in full sunlight in fertile, well-drained soil. Water on a regular basis, and stake exposed areas as needed. Deadheading encourages more prolonged blooming. Combine with cosmos, larkspur, or rudbeckia to create a romantic, pollinator-friendly landscape full of delicate tones and long-lasting colour.
