Hosta 'Big Daddy'

Hosta 'Big Daddy' is a bold and impressive shade-loving perennial, prized for its huge, rounded, blue-grey leaves with a thick, puckered texture. In early to mid-summer, tall stems bear pale lavender flowers that rise above the striking foliage, attracting bees and other pollinators. Its dramatic size and colour make it a standout in any shaded garden.

Thrives in partial to full shade in moist, well-drained soil. Water regularly, especially in dry spells, and protect from slugs. Ideal for woodland borders, underplanting trees, or large containers. Pairs beautifully with ferns, astilbes, and other hostas.
