This perennial is an award-winning variety for a reason. First Frost's frosty-blue leaves are edged in creamy-yellow margins that turn to pure white as the season develops. In mid-summer, tall stems burst with delicate lavender flowers, adding charm to shady spaces.
Keep Hosta 'First Frost' in shade and moist, well-drained soil where it fits perfectly into borders and container planting. Pair with Heuchera for a textured display.
