The Hosta ‘Great Expectations’ is a spectacular, large-leaved variety that makes a bold statement in any shaded garden. Its heart-shaped leaves feature creamy-yellow centres surrounded by striking blue-green margins, creating a dramatic, painterly effect. In summer, elegant white flowers attract bees and pollinators.
Thriving in partial to full shade, ‘Great Expectations’ prefers moist, well-drained soil and benefits from consistent watering during dry periods. Its impressive size and colour make it ideal for borders, shaded beds, and jungle-style gardens.
