Hosta 'Velvet Moon'

Hosta 'Velvet Moon' is an alluring type of perennial that adds vivacity and elegance to any shade garden. It features large, heart-shaped leaves with a texture perhaps best described as "velvety. The leaves are deep green, rich, and bold, with a golden-yellow margin that glows as if lit by moonlight, therefore truly earning its name 'Velvet Moon'.

From early to midsummer, it sports tall spikes of lavender flowers that bring a soft, elevating accent to the plant's rich foliage, drawing in pollinators.
