Popular perennial Hosta 'Wide Brim' is prized for its eye-catching foliage and ability to withstand shade. This type has heart-shaped, dark green leaves with broad, creamy-yellow margins that turn cream in the course of the growing season. It adds a touch of elegance to shaded garden areas in midsummer when it produces pale lavender flowers on tall scapes. "Wide Brim" makes a stunning contrast to other plants and is perfect for borders, woodland gardens, and containers.
