Hydrangea paniculata Prim White

A shapely upright spreading deciduous shrub with a rustic charm and a good hardy character, this Hydrangea can reach a height of three metres with a slightly wider spread.

‘Prim White’ has dark green oval leaves that are heavily veined and offer a thick canopy over the plants frame. In spring and early summer cones of bright white flowers spring up and hover above the leaves, this plant usually flushes again in early autumn.

This plant is happy in all well-draining soils but prefers not to be in chalk; it would not like to completely dry out so water well in dry spells. It can grow in a container if the soil in your garden isn’t ideal. It is happy in all north, south, east, and west and will take an exposed site. Just to add to its versatility it grows in both sun and partial shade.

A good plant that fits into a variety of scenarios including Cottage style, mixed beds and borders, containers and a woodland themed garden.
