Ilex aquifolium Rubricaulis Aurea

This variegated holly is absolutely stunning; the leaves are dark green with creamy-yellow edges and tend to have a red tinge in colder weather, making this a point of interest in your winter garden. This plant produces the classic beautiful red berries for some lovely autumn colour, following displays of small white flowers in the summer.

Grow this plant in any well-drained, moist soil in full sun or partial shade. It is versatile in the positions it will grow in; it is fine sheltered or exposed and facing in any direction.
