Native to South Africa, Ixia produce strong stems of star-shaped flowers that open up the stem from the base, much like Gladioli.

Long wiry stems and sword-like green foliage accompany the flower heads, which showcase bright petals and contrasting dark berry centres. Ixia prefer well-drained soil and a full sun position. Pack of 40 top quality bulbs supplied.
