Stipa tenuissima or tenuifolia as it is some times called has the common names of Mexican Feather Grass and Pheasant Grass. It's one of the most popular and top rated ornamental grasses available, and always a best seller.
Forming wonderful, wispy, pale yellow-green leaves topped off with fluffy plumes of silver-green flowers, maturing to blonde-buff.
