What a lovely gift. This unique growing gift set promises to produce a wonderful selection of delicate dainty flowers of 'Minnow' Daffodils. The sweet fragranced narcissus bulbs grow with multi flowering heads per stem to produce a simply stunning array of colour and brightness to any home.
Gift set comprises of a stylish ceramic planter, which would compliment and brighten up the windowsill of any home, dwarf 'Minnow' daffodil bulbs and planting compost. Very easy to plant up and enjoy the flowers within a matter of weeks, and also a great gift too!
Always a favourite, and one of our best sellers, they are bright and cheery, and their ease of growth means they are suitable for even non-gardeners! Kit includes, bulbs, compost and white ceramic.
Fill the growing pot with half the bag of compost and moisten with water if needed. Place each bulb onto the compost, evenly spaced out with the pointing end facing upwards for best results. Cover the bulbs with the remaining compost and spray with a little water.
Spring flowering bulbs must be kept in a cold environment to activate growth. Place planted pot in a cold place for 10-15 weeks. After the cooling period, bring the daffodils into the warmth, ideally on a sunny windowsill for early spring flowers. Daffodils will usually flower 3-6 weeks after being brought into a warmer environment.
Plant bulbs as soon as possible after purchase, from August to January. Water regularly using a spray bottle to avoid overwatering
