Ligustrum ovalifolium is offered in our pack of 12 bare-root hedging plants. Each one stands 60-80cm tall. This has been a very popular hedging option, prized for its dense, lush foliage, most vibrant green in most parts of the year, turning to a subtle yellow in colder months. Fast-growing and highly adaptable, Privet is ideal for urban gardens to create formal hedges.

It withstands sun and partial shade; it's not particular with the kind of soil, hence can be grown in almost any landscape or garden setting. Its hardiness and the ability to withstand heavy pruning make it conducive for maintaining a structured appearance in various settings. Plant your Privet hedging in well-drained soil and throughout the first growing season, apply enough water to get a good establishment of the roots.

Supplied as bare root plants.
