Magnolia Limelight

Product ref: S22145

Availability: Out of stock

Magnolias are one of our specialities here at Gardening Express, so we are delighted to be able to bring you this lovely cultivar - like many of the varieties we sell, it is a rarer find, and so well worth growing. Beautiful, Buttermilk shaded large flowers adorn this plant, the colour is just wonderful in so many different situations where a crisp white, or brighter yellow just wouldn't work.

Lime Light will form a deciduous, upright, bushy small tree with mid-green, ovate leaves and large, elongated tulip-shaped, scented, flowers in early spring. We're sure it will delight you as much as us.

Plant in moist, but well drained soil in either full sun or partial shade. Ensure it is sheltered from cold winds.

Supplied in approx 3 litre containers, this is a premium variety that commands a higher price than regular common varieties but is totally worth it.

Magnolia Limelight

Was ordered on Sunday and delivered on Friday. Delighted that they were well wrapped up though box slightly damaged, young trees so will take time but look forward to their growth. Will definately recommend.

Yellow Magnolia

Ordered this as good price and size. It arrived with leaf buds which have now come out. It seems okay, but we’ll have to wait and see.
Well packaged in cardboard. Be nice if the pot was recyclable.

The primary intended use of this plant is to grow food for human consumption.

There are thousands of different plant species that can be consumed, and our extensive range is no exception. We have conveniently listed a large number of edible plants here. Additionally, we have compiled several articles and handy recipes for some of the plants you are less likely to find in supermarkets.

We always recommend conducting your own research before consuming any plant to understand the various ways different varieties can be prepared and consumed. Be mindful of potential allergies when trying anything new and ensure it is suitable for all who may be consuming it.

Some plants or varieties can also be cultivated as animal feed for livestock, such as poultry, game, and livestock reared for consumption. Again, we advise doing your own research to select the most appropriate plants for your livestock.

Please note that this plant is sold with VAT charged at 0%. If you are a VAT-registered business, ensure this is properly included in your VAT return.
