Metasequoia glyptostroboides Gold Rush

Metasequoia glyptostroboides 'Gold Rush' is a fully hardy, special kind of deciduous conifer with the most brilliant golden yellow foliage. It will make a fine specimen tree for a large garden where it can be afforded enough space to reach its potential of 8 metres tall or more.

A form of Redwood, the stunning golden-yellow foliage clothes it throughout the spring and summer before turning a brighter yellow-brown in autumn. The reddish peeling bark becomes grooved and gnarled as the tree ages to provide extra interest, particularly throughout the winter. Supplied in approx 5 litre containers at around a metre tall.
