Large Osmanthus Heterophyllus - Evergreen Shrub - circa 120-140cm tall
Bring year-round structure and texture to your garden with this Osmanthus heterophyllus, a handsome evergreen shrub prized for its holly-like foliage and naturally dense habit. Its toothed leaves are resplendent in dark green, that stands out beautifully in winter borders, courtyards, and patio containers when little else is in leaf. In summer it's the perfect backdrop to seasonal bloomers.
Slow-growing and reliably hardy, this shrub thrives in sun or partial shade and well-drained soil, and is wonderfully low-maintenance, requiring only the occasional light trim to keep its shape neat. In autumn, it rewards you with small, wonderfully fragrant white flowers that subtly perfume the garden. This evergreen also pairs beautifully with camellias, skimmias, heucheras, and azaleas and it can even be planted and trimmed as a neat hedge if you're after something a bit different for screening.
Supplied in approx. 7-10 litre containers.
