Geum Lady Stratheden - Avens - In Bud & Bloom
Availability: In stock
Geum 'Lady Stratheden' is a lovely, long-flowering perennial with brilliant, semi-double golden-yellow flowers that cover the garden from late spring through summer. The colourful, ruffled blooms appear on thin, wiry stems above a tidy mound of delicately hairy, lobed green leaves, making it ideal for borders, cottage gardens, and pollinator-friendly areas. Its upright appearance and repeated blooming patterns provide structure and colour for months on end.
'Lady Stratheden' thrives in fertile, well-drained soil and full light. It is easy to grow and requires little maintenance. Deadhead wasted flowers on a regular basis to stimulate new blooms, and prune back fading foliage in the autumn. Combine with plants such as Salvia, Nepeta, or Geranium to create a vivid, long-lasting border that bees and butterflies will appreciate.
Supplied in approx. 2 litre container.
